Kettlebell Extreme Preview
This workout is tough but the most fun you will ever have while working out!
The Kettlebell Extreme Workout was created for those of you who are already familiar with your Kettlebell training technique.
It is a comprehensive workout put together in “circuit-style” so you can get maximum Fat Burning results while improving endurance, strength, mobility and flexibility.
If you have never worked with Kettlebells before then that is no problem at all – I suggest you check out my “Kettlebell workshop for beginners”. That will give you a good foundation and it will whip you into shape quickly so you can advance to the “Kettlebell Extreme Workshop” next.
In under 25 minutes you get everything you need to accelerate your metabolism and optimize your results. Actually, don’t be surprised if you don’t make it through the whole workout the first couple of times… you will probably have to work your way up to it!
Once you have mastered this challenging workout, you can challenge yourself even further by upping you Kettlebell weight. This way you can keep the workout exciting. I also encourage you to mix up the sequence of the circuits, once you know all the exercises.
One Kettlebell is all you need for this workout!
I often get asked what weight I think you should use for this workout Because this is such a fast paced and grueling workout, I would say a 15 lbs kettlebell for women and a 25 or 30 lbs one for the men.
I have been using my 20-pounder recently with this Kettlebell Extreme Workout and it most certainly kicks my butt… but I challenge you ladies out there to aim for doing this workout – eventually – with a 20 lbs Kettlebell. This is awesome strength training for women.

Kettlebell training is the most amazing new way to have a great time while working out and the fastest way to get results. This workout is definitely for both men and women and I guarantee that you will have fun doing it.
So many of my clients who experience Kettlebell training for the first time, actually use the word “fun” when they describe their Kettlebell sessions. Now that is definitely new! Never before have I heard anyone use the word “fun” when it comes to working out, but this is such a novel way of exercising. It is exciting, empowering and enjoyable!
The other thing that makes this different is that you can virtually work out anywhere because Kettlebells are so portable and you can take your Kettlebell to the park, the beach, the gym or your own back yard or even your living room or hotel room.
Training with Kettlebells is really all you need in order to stay fit, mobile, strong and lean and, even though it is a great workout on its own, it is excellent to incorporate into any other workout that you enjoy doing. It stands on its own as well as making a great addition to any existing workout regimen.

Can you imagine how much better this world would be if everyone was in good shape, good health, and well adjusted? This looks like an awesome video. I need to get this and some kettlebells. Keep up the good work.
Kettlebells are the very best method to get fit. I by no means bother with any other gear nowadays, just a couple of kettlebells and I look in top form.
Much thanks for sharing wonderful information like this. More bloggers should follow suit and make blogs interesting like this one. Many thanks
Just think of how much more effective they’d be if people were actually using enough weight to elicit some change? 20lb. is great for a beginner, but aside from that, there’s really no reason (except injury) for people to be doing 2 handed swings with less than 20lb. If that’s too “heavy” for someone without a physical limitation besides being deconditioned, it’s time to revisit form, which appears to be lacking in the videos.
Hi Scott…
I do agree – The problem is that when you create a video there is no guarantee that the buyer has any experience with kettlebells. In this particular video my target market is weight loss and therefor the pace of the exercises are quite fast and so the 20lbs KB is adequate specially for a female.
I do agree however that with proper technique, training and form, there is no reason to swing anything lighter than a 20lbs. In my beginner DVD I do teach proper technique, but this particular DVD is simply a follow along workout. Therefor I was rather conservative with the weight. I am aiming to make kettlebell training more accessible for the sedentary “normal” person that is usually threatened by the thought of picking up a kettlebell. I do put strong emphasis on form to avoid injuries.
I do teach out of a rehab center and work with a lot of injured individuals as well as people over the age of 55. Therefor I do sometime revert to lower weight as they still benefit from the motion and cardiovascular demands of kettlebell training.
I am releasing a new Kettlebell DVD Soon that will be more focused toward strength training for the active, fit individual and fighters as well as athletes.
Thank you for your comment – always appreciated.
Kind regards
Vanessa
