I totally agree with you – never restrict calories (maybe unless you are dieting down for a competition over a 2-3 week period). Actually one thing I believe to be very true, is that you can’t get fat if you eat god fats. I thrive on olie oil, avocade oil and coconut oil several times a day – and specially coconut oil is said to be thermogenic.
